Fruit
Fruit is often avoided by people with Crohn’s because of flares, but not all fruit will set you off. Fruits like bananas, mango, papaya, and cantaloupe are easier on the digestive system and provide you with a lot of the minerals and vitamins your body needs.
Kefir is also fantastic, not just for flares but a small amount each day prevents me flaring.
