Vegetable Soup
Many people with Crohn’s shy away from eating vegetables when they have a flare-up because of the extra fiber, but well-cooked vegetable soups are much easier for the body to absorb and move along than regular cooked or raw vegetables. Soup also provides the body with much-needed nutrients.

Kefir is also fantastic, not just for flares but a small amount each day prevents me flaring.
