The video’s survival pack contains a bottle of water, daily and emergency medications, a sweater, personal hygiene products, music, insurance card, emergency telephone numbers, a snack for keeping blood sugar levels up and mints to help tame nausea or acid reflux. Survival packs are a good idea for all medical conditions — not just Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis. However, each disease has different symptoms that may arise while out running errands, so medical survival packs should be created to match the needs surrounding each and every medical condition.
