5 Tips to Self-Manage Your IBD While in College



If alcohol affects your Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis then don’t drink–it simply isn’t worth the pain (plus, you can be smug the next morning when your friends are nursing hangovers). You can always carry a soda or water in your hand so it appears that you’re joining in. If you can drink, then drink sensibly, any hangover is going to be twice as bad for you than for non-IBD sufferers.
