How to Reduce IBD Flares Through Diet

Meschino says his diet suggestions will help IBD patients to suppress their inflammatory response, heal intestinal cells and reduce irritation and provide optimal nutritional benefits to help build people up after periods of illness. Some of his suggestions include reducing the amount of animal fat you consume, eliminating gluten and refined sugars, and avoiding alcohol.
